"Terri came to our district at a time of dire need. Our issues probably caused many to shy away from our district, but not Terri. I remember talking to her the first time about our situation and hearing her positive attitude and willingness to jump in and find solutions for us. That aspect of Terri's work ethic has not changed - she is always finding solutions for our problems, some that are very unique to our district and probably the state."
